1. How do I find my fit?

Measure your waist and hips in inches with measuring tape for a better selection.
Click on the “Size Chart” button on the product page that looks like this:


Once there, you will find the size that matches your measurements.
When in doubt, please contact us and we'd love to help.

2. How do I measure myself to find my shapewear size?

We recommend sizing based on the measurements of your natural waist.
Sizing according to your natural waist will provide the most accurate fit, ensuring your product does not flip or roll.

1. How long can I get my package?

This depends on where you are located. Steps are being taken to ensure we keep things running normally for you, and to keep our delivery time promise and guarantees.

2. How can I track my order?

After shipping out, customers will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, with a tracking number included.
Find “Track your order ” on the page.
Enter your tracking code and get shipping information.

3. What’s the status of my order?

You will receive a confirmation E-mail to certify that we have confirmed your order. It usually takes 1 to 5 days for processing and then it will be shipped out.
After shipping out, customers will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, with a tracking number included.
To track your order, please go to the "Track your order " page, enter your tracking number and get shipping information.

4. I have not received any confirmation email...

Please specify your invoice ID or the last 4 digits of your credit card and we will check for you.

1. I want to return or refund...

Icossi wants you to be completely satisfied with your new item and we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy on most items. But if 14 days have gone by since receiving your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return and refund.
